For years now I’ve been trying to figure out how to lose stubborn belly fat. It’s really tough. A lot of people recommended doing exercises for the stomach area, like sit-ups. I must admit I haven’t been diligently doing so. The reason is because I also heard a lot of people who said sit-ups don’t work.
So I’m wondering what will do the trick, without having to take oral stuff or even apply creams to lose the fats. Maybe join the biggest loser reality tv show? But they won’t take me as I don’t think I can qualify, not with just the belly fats to lose.
