			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">For those who are health and weight conscious, will you be letting loose come the new year celebrations in terms of your diet or will you still keep a strict eye on the food intake?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Some friends who are hardcore weight watchers have decided to continue keeping a strict diet, but they have a back-up plan. In the case that they over-eat, they have bought some special <a href="http://foodsthatburnfat.org/">foods that burn fat</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">I can&#8217;t imagine how much temptation it must be to just forget the diet and indulge in the good food since there&#8217;s a back up. Don&#8217;t you think so too?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Many people say that the fasting month usually makes them put on more weight than they lose. I believe this to be quite true also. I can just imagine having starved the entire day, it would be quite usual to eat a lot when it&#8217;s time to break fast. And since breaking fast timing in this part of the world isn&#8217;t exactly that early it doesn&#8217;t help either. If you finish eating before 8pm, then I guess it&#8217;s not that bad but if you do go for a nice buffet and take your time to go through each course right up to dessert and coffee, then you&#8217;re likely to end dinner by 9pm or so.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">And we know that eating late into the late is not a way to lose weight. I guess it is from here that people tend to do the damage and not realise it. So if you are aware and concerned about putting on some extra kilos, do watch how you break fast and take efforts to not indulge in too much sweet stuff too. All those cookies and yummy stuff offered in the market during this season is just overwhelming!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you find that you cannot stop yourself from binging on too much food when breaking fast, maybe you should try the <a href="http://www.glucomannan.net/">glucomannan weight loss</a> method. I&#8217;ve heard that this is supposed to help suppress your appetite by filling up your stomach so that you won&#8217;t feel the need to keep feeding yourself.</p>
