Now that I’ve taken this road and there’s no turning back, I just have to keep up with my decision. Along the way I need a lot of support from those close to me and I’m thankful that so far everyone has given me a pat on the back and are all behind me. Even though my decision came very sudden and drastic for them to accept, they’ve never offered any negative advise or comment to what I want to do. For that, I’m eternally grateful.

Nowadays I keep up with a lot of reading and listening to motivational speakers. I’ve learned a lot from people like Brian Tracy, Denis Waitley and even the less heard of richard willich. All these people inspire me to greater heights. These are people unknown to me before but am glad that I’ve been introduced to such great resources.

I will keep up with it and see to what heights I can bring myself to with all the help and support given to me. I consider myself super lucky to be surrounded by such great people!

As such, I believe that now is a good time for people to go for relevant training or education that will help in their work. One of the more impressive Organizational development program that I came across is one that is done online, from the Gonzaga University. I am pro online learning as I find that it is cheaper, faster and a more convenient way to learn as compared to needing to be physically there in a classroom or lecture hall full of people.

I specifically found the masters program in organisational leadership to be a good one for the leaders of today and tomorrow. It seems like a good way to have creative thinking set in during times of uncertainties and economic recovery such as now. For top executives who are unable to tear themselves away from their office, it won’t be a barrier to attend this course as it is all done online. Isn’t that great?

I would love to recommend some of my bosses to attend this but how do I even begin to tell them about it without them feeling inappropriate?!
