I’m sure we all know that. But once in a while when I’m terribly hooked and spend hours on end staring at my computer, I do need a nudge and a reminder that I need to take a break. It’s unhealthy in a few ways. Our eyes get affected, the way our arm is positioned to use the keyboard and mouse is also affected when we have pro-longed use on the computer, as well as the posture of our backs when seated on a chair to do computer work.
So if you spend a lot of time on your computer, whether you’re working on your documents or online on Facebook or having a live chat with friends or simply surfing about, just think about these various aspects of your health that are affected.
You may not feel the effect right away but the condition does deteriorate each day. So take care before it’s too late.
