If you want to lose weight, there’s really no magic quick weight loss formula…it’s a lot of hard work and determination to eat properly and healthily and do the exercises daily. No point skipping your meals only to end up eating a lot more when you do eat and also eating fried and oily foods. Also, it doesn’t help much if you don’t do some forms of exercise. Both must work together for quick weight loss to be effective. So remember there’s no short cut to it all, work hard and endure it, and it shall work for you!
