Peppermint tea feels real good

After having some spicy food for supper late one night, I felt really bloated and full, not to mention feeling spicy on the inside. That’s when I decided peppermint tea was a great idea. Indeed it was!

The moment I had a sip, I felt a cool sensation in the body and it made me completely relaxed. Love the mild scent of the peppermint. It’s a really good form of tea for relieving a full stomach. I used to think green tea was great for doing that but now I think peppermint tea will be my next best friend.

So maybe I don’t have to consider taking stuff like herbal phentermine after all that heavy food. Just wash off the fats with the tea, perhaps? I don’t know if the tea does that, it just feels like it is cleaning up the inside as the stomach feels so much lighter and not as full.

Any idea about peppermint tea’s properties in fat burning?
