I haven’t been getting enough sleep for the longest time and thus have some unsightly dark circles under the eyes. But in just 2 weekends, I found that it helped when I got more sleep each night. Not only did the eye bag condition improve, I also felt much fresher and the body feels healthier too.
I guess coupling this habit with some exercise, it will do me good in the long term. As it is I lack exercise and sleep, which are both important components to good health.
Only thing is that I need more discipline to keep these habits up!
