Do you think appetite suppressants are better than taking diet pills? Just looking at how it works, I personally think so. But then again I don’t quite know the effects of such suppressants, if any. Do you know if there are any side effects of taking them?
Whatever method you decide to follow on the path to a healthy lifestyle, just remember to do so moderately and in proper time frames. Don’t rush. Be fair to your body system. That’s the least we can do to stay healthy in the process of setting the path right.
