Be environmentally friendly as much as we can

What are some of your ideas to be more environmentally friendly? Other than reducing the use of plastics, reusing whatever we can, recycle wastes, etc, there’s something I just learned today, which is to compost. It is actually a way to recycle waste by using composters to return to the ground what we reap from it.

How responsible are we towards the environment? As my child grows up, I find it to be more and more important for us to be as sustainable as possible for our future generation.

If you had some extra money, what would you do with it?

Recently a friend had an unexpected windfall. It’s not a large sum of money but it’s quite a bit that she could save up or consider spending on something that she likes. She’s been looking for entertainment centers for her home but since it’s quite a big ticket item, she’s held back till now. Now that she’s gotten some money, she’s more tempted to get it now.

What would you do with an unexpected windfall like that? To me, I would prefer to have it saved up or invested. I think that would make me happy. What say you?

Good advise about not watching too much TV
